The COVID-19 pandemic has not spared CTEET. We experienced a great revenue loss during the lockdown, being unable to run our camps and day programmes with schools, which sadly resulted in a loss of staff.

We are extremely grateful for the support we received from the Mapula Trust, National Lotteries Commission and Department of Labour (through TERS) who all granted us relief funding to ease the strain on our reserves during this challenging time. We are also grateful to RMB, Rolf-Stephan Nussbaum and the NLC who agreed for us to redirect funds so as to mitigate the shift in our financial need.

We look forward to the normal resumption of our life-changing activities as soon as possible for which we will continue to need financial assistance. Please follow the link to see how you can support our work.

You can also help us by following our social media channels and sharing our posts with colleagues, friends and family. Let’s grow the CTEET community to raise awareness of the importance of responsible citizenry and stewardship of our natural heritage.
