Supporting and driving conservation initiatives.

Established in 2007, the Nature Care Fund is dedicated to managing conservation projects and protecting endangered species in South Africa. We currently support and facilitate conservation efforts for 10 vital urban conservation areas, encompassing over 420 hectares of wetlands and endangered vegetation. Through partnerships with non-profit organisations, local government, corporates, and interested parties, we maximise our impact and create long-lasting change. Our initiatives not only have direct conservation value but also provide valuable work experience through our Green Skills Programmes, empowering the next generation of environmental champions and contributing to the Green Economy.

We believe in the power of financial solutions to secure sustained finance streams and steward nature well. Through collaborative land management projects and diverse income streams, we engage in land transformation processes to ensure the perpetual conservation of critical biodiversity. By fostering strong relationships and promoting collaborative co-funding solutions, we strive for ongoing growth in our portfolio of species-specific and land management projects. Join us in our mission to protect South Africa’s unique biodiversity and make a lasting impact on our environment.
